Refund Policy

At Atlantic Labs LLC, doing business as Investyoga, our refund policy is designed to balance fairness to our customers with the operational sustainability of our business.

All purchases are one-time payments and provide access to our online classes and materials for thirty (30) days from the original purchase date.

Refund requests must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date and will only be considered if they demonstrate limited or no active usage of the classes during the access period.

Because access to digital content is granted immediately upon purchase, refunds are not generally provided for accounts with substantial usage during the 30-day access period.

Enterprise agreements, custom services, or specially negotiated contracts may include separate refund terms that override this general policy.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within seven (7) business days. In cases where a refund cannot be issued, we may offer account credits or an extension of service access as an alternative resolution.
