Do you have a physical yoga studio?

No. Investyoga is a fully online yoga and wellness service. All sessions and resources are delivered digitally, with no in-person classes or physical studio locations.

How are the yoga classes conducted?

All live yoga classes are conducted via Zoom. You can join from anywhere using your computer, tablet, or smartphone with an internet connection.

How will I receive the Zoom class link?

We send Zoom class links by email every week. The link you receive depends on the package you choose and the classes included in your plan.

Do I need prior yoga experience to join?

No experience is required. We offer beginner-friendly classes as well as intermediate and advanced sessions suitable for all experience levels.

Are the classes live or pre-recorded?

Our premium packages include live Zoom classes. Some packages also include wellness eBooks for self-paced learning without live sessions.

What do I need to join an online class?

You only need a stable internet connection, a device with Zoom installed, and a comfortable space to practice yoga at home.

Can I join classes from any location?

Yes. Our services are location-independent. Clients and instructors can join from anywhere in the world.

What if I miss a live class?

Class access depends on your selected package. If you miss a session, you can continue with future classes or use provided wellness resources.

Do you offer private yoga sessions?

Yes. We offer one-on-one private yoga sessions conducted live via Zoom, customized to your goals, schedule, and experience level.

How do I choose the right package?
